What we collect

• Account details: company name, your name, email, and the plan you chose.
• Your content: the leads, notes, photos and files you and your team put into Tempo.
• Payment details: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full bank account number, bank login or card number. We keep Stripe's customer and subscription ids, and the last four digits and bank or card brand so we can show them to you in Billing.
• Payment authorization: the text you agreed to, with the time and IP address, so we can show you authorized the debit.
• Basic logs: sign-in times and the technical details a web server needs to run.

How we use it

To run your account, bill you, email you your login and important notices, keep Tempo secure, and answer support questions. We do not sell your data or use your leads for advertising.

Who else sees it

Stripe (payments), our email provider (login and billing emails), and our hosting provider. They only process data for us. We may disclose data if the law requires it.

Your data stays separate

Each company account is isolated. Only people in your company can see your leads and files.

Keeping and deleting

You can export your leads at any time. After you cancel we keep your data for [30] days, then delete it. Billing records are kept as long as tax law requires.
